I contacted “National Amusements” the day before this layoff was announced. They are the MAJORITY “owners” of ViacomCBS/Paramount which owns Netflix. They HIDE behind this creepy, innocuous name. They also are currently controlling a HUGE number of theaters in the USA and UK. This “layoff” PSYOP is their DIRECT response! This is their current laughable strategy to deal with something that will CONSUME THEM WHOLE. Maybe they think that they will try to DISSOLVE Netflix and pop up in another form (which is what I believe their motive was for the completely FAKE Dave Chappelle PSYOP!). Either way; I INTEND TO TAKE THEM ALL DOWN TO THE GROUND! Independent filmmakers and fans PLEASE help us share this. THIS is a harbinger of what is coming in the “entertainment” industry. This situation is the REAL reason behind the completely FAKE psyop involving Dave Chappelle and Netflix! Another stupid, DESPERATE smokescreen.That “mysteriously” fizzled out right after I contacted Netflix and called them out on it. CEASE, DESIST AND DEMAND
This is an addition and OFFICIAL demand; which will go along with the original cease and desist letter that I sent on April 19, 2021, which addresses your company’s (in collaboration with CBS, Viacom and others) willful theft of my copyrighted film Incall and its related creative materials. In the original cease and desist letter I alluded to the fact that I was aware that Incall is not the only film/intellectual property of mine that you have stolen with assistance unlawful, unauthorized spying provided by the NSA (National Security Administration) and other related organizations. I am also aware that you have consciously collaborated and stolen the concepts and ideas for the Netflix series “AJ and the Queen” from my film “Secrets” and that of “The Witcher” from my film “Strange Magick”.
The creation of the series “Dead To Me” (stolen from Incall), “AJ and the Queen”, and “The Witcher” were, from inception, the result of extremely premeditated terrorism that has been launched against me and my work. Your company deployed agents, in collusion with Netflix, Viacom, CBS and the National Security Administration; among others, (who used covert, terroristic methods to spy on my phone and my computer and MUCH MORE) to meticulously study my film ideas (and my “process” for creating them), the psychological profile behind their creation, marketing, and all aspects of their content (including on the Incall website) to develop them into a Netflix series (WITHOUT authorization) as part of an ongoing terroristic attack against me and to further your PSYCHOLOGICAL WARFARE against the general public . I can easily prove this, and fully intend to.
THIS IS A DEMAND FOR YOU TO IMMEDIATELY CEASE AND DESIST 1) ALL SALES, STREAMING, EXHIBITING, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION FOR ALL ABOVE NAMED NETFLIX SERIES (ALL SEASONS RELEASED AND UNRELEASED) AND ALL OTHER SERIES STOLEN FROM ME. 2) THIS IS ALSO A DEMAND THAT YOU IMMEDIATELY PUBLICLY ADMIT TO ALL OF THE CRIMES THAT YOU HAVE COMMITTED AGAINST ME AND 3) THAT YOU IMMEDIATELY HAND OVER ALL RIGHTS, PROFITS, ASSETS AND ENRICHMENT THAT YOU HAVE OBTAINED AS THE RESULT OF THE CRIMES WHICH YOU HAVE COMMITTED AGAINST ME, MY FILMS, AND MY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
These are extremely serious and heinous crimes that you have committed against me. These crimes include EGREGIOUS WILLFUL COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT, INDIVIDUAL TARGETING/’GANG STALKING”, TERRORISM, and TREASON among others. I intend to aggressively pursue ALL of those responsible in front AND behind the scenes and to obtain the MAXIMUM in monetary damages as well as in CRIMINAL consequences for these sickcrimes! I also intend to forward this to the FBI and have been fully documenting all aspects of this situation. I ask that you immediately notify EVERYONE related to these fraudulent series of this notice!
