CEASE AND DESIST AND DEMAND LETTER
This is an additional and OFFICIAL demand; which will go along with the cease and desist and DEMAND letter that I sent on December 15, 2021, which addresses your company’s (in collaboration with “the National Security Administration” and all related agencies, National Amusements, CBS, Viacom, Paramount, VH1, MTV, RuPaul Charles, RuPaul’s Drag Race, Worlds Of Wonder et al) willful theft of my copyrighted film Incall (and related creative materials) as well as continued EXTENSIVE willful theft of my other copyrighted intellectual property INCLUDING ALL ASPECTS OF COBRA KAI which from it’s INCEPTION was the result of the WILLFUL THEFT OF MY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMBINED WITH CONTINUED UNLAWFUL SPYING/ORGANIZED GANG STALKING, AND MORE:

Edward Bernays (November 22, 1891 − March 9, 1995) was a Jewish Austrian-American pioneer in the field of public relations and propaganda. Bernays referred to this work as “psychological warfare“! His best-known campaigns include a 1929 effort to promote female smoking by branding cigarettes as feminist “Torches of Freedom“, and his work for the United Fruit Company in the 1950s, connected with the CIA-orchestrated overthrow of the democratically elected Guatemalan government in 1954.

THIS IS A DEMAND FOR ALL INVOLVED IN THIS ATTACK AGAINST ME TO IMMEDIATELY CEASE AND DESIST 1) ALL SALES, STREAMING, EXHIBITING, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION FOR ALL SERIES AND ALL OTHER MEDIA, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN TO ME WITHOUT EXCEPTION, WHICH HAVE RESULTED FROM YOUR WILLFUL THEFT OF MY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (ALL SEASONS RELEASED AND UNRELEASED INCLUDING THE UNRELEASED SEASON 5 OF COBRA KAI). 2) THIS IS ALSO A DEMAND THAT YOU IMMEDIATELY PUBLICLY ADMIT TO ALL OF THE CRIMES (KNOWN AND UNKNOWN TO ME WITHOUT EXCEPTION!) THAT YOU HAVE COMMITTED AGAINST ME AND AGAINST MY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND 3) THAT YOU IMMEDIATELY HAND OVER ALL RIGHTS, PROFITS, ASSETS AND ENRICHMENT THAT YOU HAVE OBTAINED (DIRECTLY AND INDIRECTLY) AS THE RESULT OF THESE CRIMES WHICH YOU HAVE COMMITTED AGAINST ME, MY FILMS, AND ALL ASPECTS OF MY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
These are extremely serious and heinous crimes that you have committed against me (and against the ENTIRE WORLD). These crimes include (but are absolutely NOT limited to) EGREGIOUS COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT, INDIVIDUAL TARGETING/’GANG STALKING”, and more. I will aggressively pursue ALL of those responsible in front AND behind the scenes and will obtain the MAXIMUM in monetary damages as well as in CRIMINAL consequences for these crimes!
